By registering and participating in this personal development workshop, you (the “Participant”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Workshop Participation

1.2. Participants must be 18 years or older to attend this workshop unless otherwise specified and approved by the organisers.
1.3. The workshop organisers reserve the right to remove any Participant from the workshop at their discretion if they deem their behaviour to be disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful to others.
2. Mental and Emotional Well-being
2.1. This workshop is not a substitute for professional psychological or medical care. It is intended as an educational and personal growth experience. It may address themes related to emotional well-being, but it is not therapy.
2.2. Participants acknowledge and agree that personal development activities may trigger emotions or thoughts of a sensitive nature. Participants are encouraged to engage with the workshop content responsibly and with self-awareness.
2.3. Disclaimer: Participants acknowledge that they are fully responsible for their own mental and emotional well-being during and after the workshop. The organisers, facilitators, and any associated entities are not liable for any psychological or emotional issues that may arise from participating in the workshop.
2.4. If you have any mental health concerns, please consult with a qualified mental health professional prior to attending the workshop.
3. Confidentiality and Privacy
3.1. Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of personal stories, experiences, and sensitive information shared by others during the workshop.
3.2. The organisers are committed to protecting the privacy of all Participants. Any personal information collected will be used in accordance with data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
4. Liability Waiver
4.1. By participating in the workshop, Participants agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which they might incur as a result of participating in the workshop activities.
4.2. The organisers, facilitators, and any affiliated persons or organisations shall not be liable for any injuries, health problems, losses, or damages resulting from participation in the workshop.
4.3. This waiver of liability includes but is not limited to: physical injury, emotional distress, property damage, or any other issues arising from the workshop activities.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
5.1. In the event that the Participant needs to cancel their attendance, they must notify the organisers at least [insert time frame, e.g., 7 days] before the workshop for a full refund.
5.2. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after [insert time frame] unless otherwise agreed upon by the organisers.
5.3. The organisers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop at any time. In such cases, Participants will be given the option of a full refund or a credit for a future workshop.
5.4.If you are not completely satisfied you may request a refund within 48 hours of completing any of our courses. (Terms and Conditions apply) TBC. ie: all sessions must be attended, be engaged and complete any exercises and homework requested, This is to ensure that spaces are taken up on our course by people who want and need them. Or you can choose to repeat the course at a later date at the organisations's discretion
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All materials provided during the workshop, including but not limited to written content, exercises, slides, and handouts, remain the intellectual property of the organisers and facilitators.
6.2. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share workshop materials without express written permission from the organisers.
7. Code of Conduct
7.1. Participants are expected to engage in a respectful and supportive manner throughout the workshop.
7.2. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour towards other participants or facilitators will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the workshop without refund.
8. GDPR Compliance
8.1. Data Collection and Use: We collect personal information such as names, email addresses, and other relevant data necessary for the administration of the workshop. This data will only be used for purposes related to the workshop and to keep you informed about any future events or relevant information, should you provide consent for that.
8.2. Lawful Basis for Processing: The data we collect is processed under the lawful basis of consent and/or contractual necessity. By registering for the workshop, you give your consent for us to process your personal data in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
